What is the illness policy?

At Liberated Roots Wellness, we prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and staff. If you are feeling unwell, please follow these guidelines:

For In-Person Appointments:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting, or any contagious illness, we ask that you reschedule or switch to a telehealth session if possible.

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment due to illness.

  • If you arrive to an in-person session with noticeable symptoms, we may ask you to reschedule or transition to telehealth.

For Telehealth Sessions:

  • If you are feeling unwell but still able to engage in therapy, you are welcome to attend your session via telehealth instead of in person.

  • If your illness prevents you from participating, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.

In certain cases, we may waive the late cancellation fee due to illness, at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
