PATIENT RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a patient receiving healthcare services, you have certain rights and responsibilities to ensure that you receive quality and respectful care. These rights and responsibilities foster a collaborative and positive healthcare experience for both you and your healthcare providers.
I. Patient Rights:

Respect and Dignity: You have the right to be treated with respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity by all healthcare providers and staff.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Your medical information is private, and you have the right to expect confidentiality. Your healthcare providers will not disclose your information without your consent, except as required by law.
